Business visits generally involve short visits to a country for business meetings, business negotiations, training and in limited cases, equipment installation or maintenance.
Western nationals travelling to western countries often are able to enter on a 'visa waiver' for short term business visits. However, those not eligible for 'visa waiver' entry must file for an appropriate business visitor visa at the correct location before travelling to the relevant country. This often requires careful immigration review and strategic planning.
